What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal (Credit/Debit cards are accepted).

What control panel is included for web hosting accounts?

All customers are provided with a cPanel account. We feel cPanel is the best solution for managing your web hosting account. If you would like to try a demo, please click here.

What is your refund (return) policy?

For web hosting and VPS services, we will refund 100% of your payment if requested within seven days of receiving the first payment. All sales are final for domain names.

Where are Bluegrass Host's servers located?

Our servers are hosted in currently in four locations accrossed the U.S.A.

How long will it take for my account to be setup?

Once your first payment has been received, your services will be setup automatically and an email will be sent with account information.

Do you offer a referral/affiliate program?

Currently, we do offer such a program. Login into client area for mor info.
You will make a max of 20% off of each client sale.

Where do I point my domain's names servers?

If you wish to host a domain with us, point your name servers to ns1.bluegrasshost.com & ns2.bluegrasshost.com.

Do web hosting accounts include a shared or dedicated IP address?

All web hosting plans include a shared IP address. Additional private IP addresses are available for $1 each.

I have a dedicated IP address. Am I able to setup a reverse DNS entry?

Simply open a support ticket and we'll be glad to add an rDNS entry for your IP address.

Do any of your plans require a contract?

No, all accounts are sold on a monthly basis. No contracts whatsoever!

Is it possible to upgrade my current service?

Yes, simply login to your client area and click package upgrade.
